When will my item be shipped?

All orders placed before 3 p.m. Monday through Friday are shipped the same day.

All orders after Friday 3:00 PM are shipped on Monday. Tracking information is available within 2 hours of your item being shipped. We ship with next day delivery, however we cannot 100% guarantee that your package will be delivered the next day. There may be unforeseen circumstances that will cause your package to be delivered later.


What are the shipping costs?

We send all our products above € 50 for free within the Benelux. You can also return products above € 50 for free.


With which party do you ship?

We send all our products with DPD. You will receive an email with the track & trace number and the expected delivery time. If desired, the delivery can be adjusted on the DPD website.


Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, if your order has not yet been shipped, we can change or cancel it for you. If your order has already been shipped, do not worry. You can return it for free

When can I return my product?

You may return your product within 30 days of your purchase under these conditions:

- The product must not have been used or worn

- The product must still be in the original packaging

- All protective foils must not be removed

- No links should be removed

- All accessories such as booklets, labels and certificates must be present


Is return free?

If the price of your product is above € 50, returns are free.


When do I get my money back?

If we have received the product in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount to you within 2 working days. Depending on your bank, this amount will be credited directly to your account, but your bank may delay this for 1 or 2 working days.


How do I return the product?

Make sure you keep your packing slip with the order number with your order and do not throw it away.

What is covered by watches?

We give a 2 year warranty on the timepiece. This warranty does not cover damage caused by water and / or fall and impact damage.

We make no warranty on the belt, loss of stones or discoloration. For more advice on how to take care of your watch, read this link for useful and useful tips to keep your watch in top condition.


My product has broken, what should I do?

If there is a defect with your product, we request that you first contact our customer service. They will gladly help you.

As soon as we have received the product back, we first assess what caused the damage. If a defect occurs when removing links, we are not responsible for this. Our advice is always to have your watch adjusted at the jeweler.


Can you repair my watch if the damage is out of warranty?

Yes, even if your watch breaks outside these conditions, we are happy to help you. We have repairs carried out at an official service center. This means that you have lost the watch for several weeks. If your watch needs to be repaired out of warranty, all costs will be charged. We are of course happy to advise you in advance on what the estimate of these costs will be.
