When can I return my product?

You may return your product within 30 days of your purchase under these conditions:

 

- The product must not have been used or worn

- The product must still be in the original packaging

- All protective foils must not be removed

- No links should be removed

- All accessories such as booklets, labels and certificates must be present

 

Is return free?

If the price of your product is above € 50, returns are free.

 

How can I exchange the watch?

If you want to exchange your watch, it is best to contact our customer service directly so that we can reserve the other watch you want immediately and you will not miss it!

If the new watch is priced lower, you will of course receive the difference from us within 2 working days. If the new watch is more expensive, we request that you pay the difference and as soon as the amount has been received by us, we will send your new watch to you within 1 working day. We also ship the second watch for free!

 

When do I get my money back?

If we have received the product in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount to you within 2 working days. Depending on your bank, this amount will be credited directly to your account, but your bank may delay this for 1 or 2 working days.

 

How do I return the product?

Make sure you keep your packing slip with the order number with your order and do not throw it away.
